We have taken care that all our dishes contain ingredients of the
highest quality and all vegetables are locally sourced from Ripple Organic Farm.
About Our Food
Our organic vegetables are from Ripple Farm or Perry court, and our organic eggs are from Chilham.
We buy our fish from Bluey, a local fisherman who sets sail from Ore near Faversham. We collect from him throughout the week in order to maintain freshness.
As far as organic produce goes, we try as much as possible to use organic products, and will only use non-organic when there is no alternative.
Got kids coming with you? We cater for especially for children and our chef makes delicious homemade chicken nuggets, fish fingers and toad in the hole.
Everything you purchase from our menu is cooked fresh to order, so sometimes this means a slightly longer wait than your average pub. Its worth it though!
We serve homemade cakes and coffee throughout the day, and bake our own organic homemade bread (which you can take home by the loaf if you like)
We also serve a delicious hot chocolate, fruit teas and English teas.
Its not just with our food that we are perfectionists We also take our drinks very seriously, We offer a wide selection of real ales,..from local Kentish breweries to more well known and popular breweries such as Fullers and Hopback. At present we are offering London Pride, Adnams, Summer Lightning and Golden Arrow. We change these regularly to keep an interesting variety.
